If your application is accepted The New Hampshire Renaissance Faire shall provide vending space equivalent to one of the below spaces on October 25-26, 2008, at the Three Maples Art and Nature Camp, 44 Tucker Road, Kingston, NH 03848. The New Hampshire Renaissance Faire will also place a link, (and a photo of the merchant's goods if provided), to your website on their website for a minimum of 6 months as an added benefit for becoming a merchant.

The New Hampshire Renaissance Faire is not responsible for any injury to any merchants or any merchant employees or property, or for loss by fire, theft, damage, delay or cause whatsoever, while exhibits and merchandise are in transit to or from the event location or while in the event location. The merchant will take full responsibility for any damage, injury or loss to the premises in which the event is held, or to any persons or acts of his/her employees or agents, and the merchant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Three Maples Art and Nature Camp and its owners and assigns from any and all liability which may ensue from any cause whatsoever.

The New Hampshire Renaissance Faire is not liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of Acts of God or any such cause that disrupts the event. The merchant donation will not be refunded if such an event occurs. If the event is canceled for any other reason, a full refund will be issued to vendors within 30 days of notice. If a merchant fails to attend or cancels their donation will not be refunded.

Merchants are required to submit examples of their work; one image or more of each type of piece to be sold and it's retail price. Merchants shall include a listing of their experience with renaissance faires and other types of fairs and gallery events as well as a description and/or photo of their display and canopy or pavilion as well as it's measurements. Merchants that handcraft their own work will be given the first slots, any non-handcrafters will be considered for any open slots after that.

Installation and Dismantling:

Vending tables and pavilions must be fully set up and all cars and shipping materials removed from the main area by 9:00 am on Saturday, October 25, 2008.

*NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED ON SITE AFTER 9AM* (set up will be possible on Friday so that people can be set up ahead of time).

We request that the booths be staffed at all times during the event. Should you be merchanting alone please let us know and we will try to have volunteers cover your space for food and restroom breaks. No packing of equipment, literature, etc. or dismantling of exhibits will be allowed before 5:00 pm, so as not to disrupt event activities. All space must be closed up to the best of the merchant's ability when they are not in it. Merchants, or their employees, shall spend the night on site should they keep any products in the space.

Restrictions: All space is under control of The New Hampshire Renaissance Faire and shall not be used for exhibit, persons, advertisements, or other features or action, which does not conform to the high standards of the exhibitions. No sharpened weapons, alcohol, drugs, or drug paraphernalia of any kind may be sold at the event. No illegal drugs or alcohol are permitted on the site during OR after normal hours of operation.

Faire Atmosphere: Merchants shall wear renaissance clothing and cover obvious non-period items whenever possible, (watches etc.). Merchants shall help keep the atmosphere of the renaissance and behave in a professional, yet period, manner.
