2007 Welcome to the New Hampshire (NH) Renaissance Faire! 2007

"...the perfect ending to faire season!"

 

Welcome to the 2007 New Hampshire Renaissance Faire & Samhain Celebration's Ren-Iquette Page!

 

This faire is on privately owned land so we have a few shire guidelines that we ask, for your own safety and the safety of others and to insure that, should we choose the same location next year, we will be welcome to return.

 

Weapons:

All weapons MUST be peace tied. There is to be no sparring or duels unless you are a cast member. Dull blades and/or non metal weapons are preferable if possible.

 

Alcohol:

This site is 100% dry. NO ALCOHOL WHATSOEVER on site please. If someone is caught with alcohol they will be asked to leave, (having someone else drive them). This includes after-hours for non-patrons.

 

Drugs:

No illegal, non-prescribed drugs on site at all, the same treatment will be held to the alcohol's treatment.

 

Animals:

Guide dogs are the only animals permitted on-site. Please try to take them off the beaten path if they need to releave themselves, too much ambiance is not a good thing! LOL

 

Parking:

There will be designated parking. please park where you're asked to park, should there be an emergency we need a clear path and cars have to be processed properly.

 

Atmosphere:

We encourage all to dress in period-appropriate clothing. This includes fantasy-period clothing should you want to play a non-human. Period language is also helpful to keep the mood. This is a family event so please keep the bawdiness to a comfortable level.. for all. :) Feel free to take part in the shire's activities, rumors etc. and to interact with the shirefolk!

 

Poppets, aka Kids:

We have tried to make this as family-friendly as possible but we'll need your help to make this a successful attempt. Please do NOT let your children wander out of sight. If they are teens that is one thing but younger children should stay with their parents. The site, is easy to get lost on. Please help us keep the kids safe.

 

Trash:

Please place all trash in the proper receptacles, this will help cleanup *greatly*. Once again, this is someone's home. The folks from the Three Maples have worked with us to host our event on their wonderful land and we'd like to have that option again... They have gone out of their way to assist us and work with us to make this a reality. We hope you'll enjoy the location as much as we do!
